Southwestern Turkey Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 cup(s) chopped onion
  • 1 cup(s) frozen corn kernels
  • ½ cup(s) drained and rinsed canned black beans
  • 2 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon(s) McCormick® Cumin, Ground
  • ½ teaspoon(s) McCormick® Oregano Leaves

    • 4 thick-sliced turkey breast cutlets (about 1 ¼ pounds)
