Ingredients

  • 3 cup(s) shredded dark turkey meat
  • 1 medium shallot
  • 2.5 cup(s) Turkey Stock or chicken stock
  • 0.25 cup(s) rendered turkey fat
  • 2 tablespoon(s) light brown sugar
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar

    • 2 tablespoon(s) coarsely chopped fresh ginger
    • 2 clove(s) garlic
    • 2 cup(s) water
    • 0.3333 cup(s) light or low-sodium soy sauce
