  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Roasted-Pear Stuffing
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 6 hickory wood chunks
  • 1 (12-pound) fresh or frozen turkey, thawed
