  • 1 (12-pound) fresh or frozen turkey, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons dried rubbed sage
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
