Spicy Sausage Skillet Breakfast
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup Mahatma or Carolina Whole Grain Brown Rice
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded reduced fat Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1 can (10 oz.) tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 package (16 to 19 oz.) hot Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
