Ingredients

  • 8 (2-ounce) turkey cutlets
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup canned whole cranberry sauce
  • Cooking spray
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup dry seasoned stuffing mix
  • ¼ teaspoon dried sage
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ½ cup diced peeled apple
    • 1/3 cup chopped onion

1. Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add apple, onion, and garlic to pan; sauté 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
