Turkey and Sweet-Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 onion, cut into thin slices
- ¼ pound green beans, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- ¼ teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried sage
- 1 pound turkey cutlets, cut into approximately 1 1/2-by-1/2-inch strips

- 1 ½ quarts canned low-sodium chicken broth or homemade stock
