Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 ½ cups chopped onion

    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • ¼ cup thinly sliced green onions
    • 1 (15 1/2-ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
    • 1 to 2 teaspoons minced canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
    • 1 ½ cups chopped cooked turkey
    • 4 ½ cups Rich Turkey Stock
    • 1 ½ cups chopped onion
    • 4 lime wedges

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion; cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes and garlic; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
