  • 1 cup leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • Few sprigs parsley, leaves only
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 clove garlic, cracked from skin
  • ½ small onion
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • ¼ small red bell pepper, chopped
    • 1 cup cooked, chopped turkey meat, white and dark
    • Salt and pepper
    • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
    • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
    • 3 tablespoons butter
    • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 12 cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
    • 3 to 4 sprigs fresh rosemary, finely chopped
    • 3 cups chicken stock
    • ½ cup grated Romano, a couple of handfuls

Place the garlic, onion, celery and red bell pepper in food processor and pulse to fine chop.
