Turkey Curry

Ingredients

  • Minced fresh parsley
  • Hot cooked rice
  • ¼ cup peanuts
  • 1 cup cubed cooked turkey
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon curry powder
    • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
    • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    • 2 tablespoons chopped celery
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 medium tart apple, peeled and cut into pieces

1. In a saucepan, saute the apple, onion and celery in butter until crisp-tender. Stir in the flour, curry powder,salt, bouillon and cayenne. Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in turkey and peanuts; cook until turkey is heated through....
