Turkey Meat Loaf Burgers

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• ¹/₈ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
• crispy bacon
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 pounds ground turkey
• sliced tomatoes
• 1 quartered medium onion
• + 4 more ingredients

  • 2 finely grated carrots (3/4 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Place onion and garlic cloves in a food processor; run until finely chopped (but not liquefied).
