Turkey Picadillo

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground turkey breast or lean ground beef

• ¼ cup golden raisins
• ¼ teaspoon salt, divided
• 1 (3 1/2-ounce) bag boil-in-bag rice

• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
