Turkey Piccata Recipe


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3-½ cups fresh bread crumbs (about 8 slices)
  • About ¾ cup butter
  • 2 large lemons, divided
  • 1-½ cups water
  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
