Turkey Reuben Melt


  • 8 ounces thinly sliced JENNIE-O® Mesquite Smoked Turkey Breast, from the service deli
  • 8 slices reduced-calorie rye or pumpernickel bread
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces low-sodium sauerkraut, well drained
  • 4 tablespoons fat-free thousand island dressing

Lay sauerkraut on 4 slices bread. Top with turkey, cheese and dressing. Cover with remaining bread slices. In skillet, over medium heat grill 5 to 6 minutes, turning once or until cheese is melted.
