Turkey Reuben


  • 8 oz drained sauerkraut
  • 8 slice Swiss cheese
  • 8 slice rye bread
  • 1 lb sliced turkey
  • 4 oz Thousand Island dressing

1. Saute sauerkraut in lightly oiled or buttered skillet. Add Swiss cheese to sauerkraut. Butter one side of all bread slices. Spread dressing on other side of four slices. 2.
