Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, well drained
  • ¾ pound sliced deli turkey breast
  • 4 ounces Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices rye bread
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ketchup
  • ¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise

Combine mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl and whisk until well mixed. Butter each slice of bread evenly on one side.
