Turkey Rice Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 celery rib, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1-¼ cups uncooked instant rice
  • 2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 1 can (10-¾ ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 cup seasoned stuffing cubes
    • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained
    • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1. In a 2-qt. microwave-safe dish, combine the onion, celery and butter. Cover and microwave on high for 1-1/2 to 3 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir in milk.
