Turkey Sauté with Cranberry-Port Sauce


  • 1 (16-ounce) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • ¼ cup port wine
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ½ pounds turkey breast slices
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray

1. Sprinkle turkey with pepper and salt. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
