Turkey Sauté with Fresh Cherry Sauce


  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ cup shallots
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 turkey breast cutlets
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-fruit cherry spread
  • 1 cup fresh sweet cherries
