  • Minced fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

    • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
    • 6 turkey breast slices
