  • 1 ½ pounds 1/4-inch-thick sliced raw turkey cutlets
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
