Turkey Skillet Supper


  • 6 tablespoons reduced fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 medium onion, chopped
    • 1 pound lean ground turkey

1. In a nonstick skillet, cook turkey and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the tomatoes, macaroni, green pepper, tomato sauce, water and chili powder. Bring to a boil.
