Wagon Wheel Casserole
Ingredients
- ½ cup(s) barbecue sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound(s) hamburger or ground turkey
- 2 cup(s) wagon wheel pasta , uncooked
- 1 can(s) stewed tomatoes (14.5 ounce) (large can)
- 1 ½ cup(s) water
- 10 ounce(s) frozen corn - thawed & drained
1. Sauté hamburger until well done. 2.Stir in pasta, tomatoes, corn, water and barbecue sauce and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover skillet and simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. 4.Add salt and pepper to taste.
