  • 2 pounds applewood-smoked bacon slices
  • 2 bay leaves
  • ½ cup fresh Italian parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 2-pound skinless boneless turkey breast halves
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons adobo sauce from canned chipotles
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon whole black peppercorns
    • 3 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • ¼ cup olive oil
