Bourbon-Cranberry Turkey Tenderloin
Ingredients
- Garnish: grilled orange slices
- 1 (16-oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons grated orange rind
- 4 pounds turkey tenderloins
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
