Bourbon-Cranberry Turkey Tenderloin

  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange rind
  • Garnish: grilled orange slices
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 4 pounds turkey tenderloins
  • 2/3 cup bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely ground pepper
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 (16-oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce

1. Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat; reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 10 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly.
