Citrus Turkey with Herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon - cut into wedges - more for garnish if desired
  • 1 orange - cut into wedges - more for garnish if desired
  • 15 pound(s) turkey
  • 1/3 cup(s) flour
  • 6 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon(s) Herbs de Provence
    • 7 tablespoon(s) butter unsalted
    • 6 sprig(s) fresh lemon thyme
    • 6 sprig(s) fresh oregano
    • 6 sprig(s) fresh sage
    • 6 sprig(s) fresh rosemary
    • 1 onion cut into wedges
