Green Beans with Ginger and Cashews

  • ½ cup Homemade Turkey Stock or canned turkey stock or canned low-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ pounds green beans
  • 3 tablespoons fresh ginger
  • 1 cup salted roasted cashews
  • ½ teaspoon salt

In large pot boiling salted water , cook beans until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Drain in colander and rinse well under cold running water. Drain well and pat dry with paper towels.
