  • 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 whole garlic head
  • 12 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • Cooking spray
  • Turkey:

    • 1 (15-pound) fresh or frozen turkey, thawed
