Ingredients
- 1 small onion, halved and peeled
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Up to ¼ cup butter if needed
- 1 turkey neck
- Roasting pan and measuring cup of drippings from Juniper-and-Herb Roast Turkey

- ¾ cup flour
