Prosciutto-wrapped Turkey Breast with Fontina and Sage
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh sage leaves or 1 teaspoon dried rubbed sage
- Garlic oil (recipe follows)
- 1 cup shredded fontina cheese (about 4 oz.)
- 3 ounces thin-sliced prosciutto
- Fresh sage sprigs (optional), rinsed
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 boned turkey breast half (about 1 3/4 lb.), skinned (see notes)
