Ingredients

  • 1 orange, quartered
  • 2 tsp. McCormick® Gourmet Collection Mustard, Ground
  • 2 Tbs. McCormick® Gourmet Collection Sicilian Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbs. McCormick® Gourmet Collection Paprika, Smoked
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. McCormick® Gourmet Collection Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tbs.McCormick® Gourmet Collection Black Pepper, Coarse Grind

    • 1 whole turkey (12 to 14 pounds), fresh or frozen, thawed
    • 1 onion, quartered
    • 2 tsp. McCormick® Gourmet Collection Garlic Powder
