Turkey and Egg Salad Sandwiches


  • 3 tablespoon(s) roasted red pepper, chopped

  • 1 cup(s) light mayonnaise (or less)

    • 2 large celery stalks (diced)
    • 1 leek, diced fine (use white and light green part)
    • 1 tablespoon(s) celery seed
    • 3 tablespoon(s) fresh parsely, chopped
