Ingredients

  • Stuffing:
  • 8 T butter, divided
  • ½ c finely chopped leeks (white and light green part only)
  • 1 medium carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • ¼ t salt
  • ¼ t pepper

    • 1 t salt
    • ¼ t Freshly ground black pepper
    • 3 c reduced-sodium chicken broth
