Whole Turkey with Garlic and Herbs


  • 1 gallon warm water
  • 1 cup kosher salt
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 12 -lb. fresh whole turkey
  • 2 cups Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh sage leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh thyme leaves
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ cup chopped fresh rosemary leaves
    • ¼ cup chopped garlic
    • ¼ cup chili flakes
    • Salt and pepper
